I have had glasses since I was a young boy. After many laser options and many other treatments, today, at 60+ I had the number of -14. With one session of the special breathing and Pushtiie giving me some affirmations in between, I have gone down to a -12. When I was told that I would not be able to breath very well for the rest of my life, as an athlete, I was lost. But “I have lungs and breathing is my birthright!”. This is one of the simple affirmations Pushtiie shared with me during the session when I was in a breath cycle.
